These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Orders placed via this website are subject to the following terms and conditions and may change without notice.

Free Shipping over £80 is valid on all UK Mainland orders only.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us by email to quirkycows@outlook.com before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with our returns policy below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please state the reason for the return in an email to quirkycows@outlook.com The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the product is faulty. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 30 days of receipt by us.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the product has been used.
The goods must have all original packaging and be in a saleable condition. Artwork must therefore be returned with their cellophane wrapping intact or no refund will be issued.

The returned items are not received by Quirky Cows within 7 days of delivery.

 

Exceptions to this are Easter weekend & Bank holidays where the returns period is extended to 10 days if spanning the Easter weekend.

You are permitted to print and download extracts from this website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

All claims for damages must be reported to hello@littlealf.com within 3 days
of the delivery date.

Goods are subject to availability

Unless the order is local to us, delivery will be sent be courier Monday to Friday and may require a signature depending on which delivery you choose at checkout.

Products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information
supplied during the checkout process.

Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters). This will help in the unlikely events your parcel is lost in transit and you will be able to claim for your losses. This free certificate does though only insure goods up to a value of £30 so if your return is higher then please consult with your local Post Office to ensure the best secure method.

If you are returning goods to us from outside the UK please use a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods which are lost in transit.

Credits will be made in the same method as original payment.

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are in accordance with our courier provider and as such we may alter those prices in accordance to theirs. We reserve the right to vary the delivery charges and our system will work out the costing dependent on the size and weight of the product being sent.

CUSTOMS

Additional charges for international orders for example any customs, import or brokerage duties that may occur will be charged to the customer.
